Privacy Policy
How we handle personal data on getbluelake.ai.
Last updated June 25, 2026.
Who we are
This site, getbluelake.ai, is operated by Bluelake, a French simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée, SAS) registered at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France (SIREN 101 883 510, R.C.S. Paris). For privacy questions, write to our privacy team.
What we collect
On this marketing site we collect only what we need to review access requests and improve the site: (1) the work email you submit when you request access; (2) usage analytics (pages viewed, interactions) via a privacy-conscious analytics provider hosted in the EU. We do not sell personal data and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Access to the product is approval-gated. The account intelligence inside the product (named people and projects) is never exposed on this public site and is only shown to approved, authenticated users under contract.
Why we use it (legal basis)
Reviewing your access request and contacting you about it: our legitimate interest in operating a private, invite-only B2B service and, where applicable, taking steps at your request prior to entering an agreement. Analytics: your consent and/or our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the site.
Retention
We keep access-request emails for as long as needed to evaluate and onboard you, and no longer than three years after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer. Analytics data is retained according to our provider's EU configuration.
Processors & transfers
We rely on a small set of vetted processors: hosting and CDN, our application database, and our EU-hosted analytics provider. Where data leaves the EU/EEA, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses).
Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR), you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to our privacy team. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; in France, that is the CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés).
Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary to run the site and our EU analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
